Passing score—a combined score of 132 points (rounded to the nearest 0.1 point)
Determined as follows: 1. Each Mississippi essay (MSE) is scored from 0 to 100 points. Answers on each of the questions on the Multistate Essay Examination (MEE) and MPT are assigned a raw score of 0 to 30 points. 2. The score on each MSE examination and on each question on the MEE and MPT is converted to 0 to 200 points, scaled to the MBE, using the standard deviation method or such other standard statistical method as the Board adopts. 3. Applicants converted scores on all MSE exams are averaged. Applicant's converted scores on all MEE questions are averaged. Applicant's converted scores on all MPT questions are averaged.
