ABOUT THE BAR EXAM

Format

Tuesday:
• MPT
• MEE: 6 questions each designed to be answered in 30 minutes.

Wednesday:
• MBE: 200 multiple choice questions

Grading

A score of 260 or above is necessary to pass the exam.

The MPT is worth 20%
The MEE is worth 30%
The MBE is worth 50%

The raw MPT and MEE scores are converted to MBE scale using standard deviation method.
